Modern work is noisy
Messages arrive faster than you can process them. Task boards sprawl. Agents are joining in too — another voice, another stream of work.
Most tools respond by adding more dashboards, more views, more filters. More management is not the same as more progress. The result: too many things in motion, too little actually finished.

Bring work back to a simpler rhythm. Three horizons: DO, NOW, DONE. Everything to do goes in DO, ordered for each person. Pull one Step into NOW. Finish it. It moves to DONE.
Only one Step in NOW per person — the same rule for humans and agents. That constraint protects attention and lets the team move calmly together.
The same calm applies to AI. Plug in whatever AI models you like — on your own keys, paid directly to the provider. 123.do stays the calm orchestration layer: it holds the flow and protects attention, whichever models you bring.
