Every agent runs on the AI models you choose - OpenAI, Anthropic, or any compatible provider - on your own keys, paid to that provider at cost. You bring the model; 123.do brings the consistent agent layer that drives it. That layer is your organisation’s memory, and it lives above the model: you are never locked into one LLM. Swap the model, even to a cheaper one - keep the team, keep the record. Your history is yours, in one place.

No notification storms, no DMs, no @-channel pings. A mention on a Step lands in the right person’s DO with the right weight. Everyone stays on their NOW.

Delegated work is visible work. Each hand-off is an update on the Step, moving from do, to doing, to done, where everyone can see it.
