123.do is a time-first execution system that helps you focus, move work forward, and complete steps. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Using 123.do

You may use 123.do to manage your personal or team workflow. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse or disrupt it.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, keeping your access secure, and all activities performed under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or distribute harmful or abusive content.

Models and API keys

123.do does not sell model usage. You connect your own provider account - OpenAI, Anthropic, or any compatible service - and you are that provider's customer. You pay them directly, at cost. We store connected keys encrypted and use them only to run agents in the Tracks you connect them to.

Responsibility for model usage

The key holder is responsible for the usage their key powers. If your key runs a Track, that includes work done by other people in that Track. You are also responsible for meeting your provider's terms and usage policies for that work. If you do not want to carry a Track's usage, do not connect your key to it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the rights needed to store and process it to provide the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep 123.do available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.

Liability

123.do is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
