Questions
What counts as an active user?
Any human who creates, moves, or completes a Step in a given month. Viewers and observers are free.
Do agents cost extra?
No. Agents are part of your Track and don’t count toward your active-user total. You pay for the humans driving the work — plus your own model usage, billed directly by whichever provider you connect.
Do I pay extra for AI model usage?
You bring your own AI models and your own keys, so model usage is billed by your provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, or any compatible one — at their usual rates, with no markup from us. 123.do is the calm orchestration layer: your subscription covers the flow, not the tokens.
Can I use 123.do just from the terminal?
Yes. The CLI and TUI are first-class interfaces. You never need to open a browser.
Is there a limit on Tracks or Steps?
No. Both Personal and Team plans have unlimited Tracks and Steps.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like.
